Anna Scarborough McCann joined the Lucey Law Firm in 2015 and will be primarily focusing her practice on defective construction and construction products. During law school, Anna worked as a law clerk at the Lucey Law Firm (2010-2012).

Prior to rejoining the Lucey Law Firm, Anna worked as an associate at a prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C., focusing her practice on litigation matters, including foreclosures, purchase contract disputes, insurance defense, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.

While attending law school, Anna served as an associate articles editor for the Charleston Law Review, Volume VI. She was an active member of the Charleston Law Moot Court Team and placed as a semifinalist in the 2011 National Religious Freedom Moot Court Competition. Anna also interned for the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

Anna has experience working at public defender’s offices at both the state and federal levels.
