Joshua Fletcher Evans

Josh graduated from Virginia Tech in 2000 with a BS in Finance. After five years in sales and sales management with national software companies, he entered law school in 2005. He clerked for the Lucey Law Firm full-time during his second and third years of law school, while attending school in the evenings. He joined the firm as associate upon graduation. Josh applies his experience in sales, including applying a consultative approach to problem identification and solution management, as well as to negotiation, to deliver results for his clients. Josh has handled cases ranging from single-family homes to two hundred-unit condominium developments, and has participated in trying multi-million dollar construction cases to a verdict.
